Note: Photos are exclusively used for AI analysis and transmitted to OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C., USA). See section 5.

5.1 Supabase (Backend Service)
Supabase Inc., USA. Data is stored in the EU region (AWS eu-west-1, Ireland). Transfer based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
5.2 OpenAI (AI Analysis)
OpenAI, L.L.C., USA. Transfer based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Data is not used for training AI models (DPA in place).
5.3 Apple (In-App Purchases)
Subscription transactions are handled via Apple StoreKit. We do not receive payment data – only subscription status confirmation.
We do not share data with any other third parties.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: Until account deletion
- Household data: Until account deletion
- Photos: Only for the duration of analysis
- Usage data: Monthly reset (quotas), gamification data until account deletion

8. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently and irreversibly deletes all your data. An active Apple subscription must be canceled separately in iPhone Settings.
9. AI-Generated Content
Pursuant to the EU AI Act (Art. 50): Cleaning plans, care plans, and maintenance plans are created using artificial intelligence. These recommendations serve as guidance and should be verified with your own judgment.
10. Cookies and Local Storage
This website/app uses only technically necessary cookies for authentication (Supabase Auth). No marketing, tracking, or analytics cookies are used.
11. Right to Lodge a Complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
